Welcome to the March edition of the Environmental Practitioner
In this issue, you will learn about the latest environmental enforcement action in Queensland from Olivia Williamson and approaches to identifying stakeholders in environmental management from Bec Colvin. Our President, Michael Chilcott, will discuss our recent challenges and outline some future actions for EIANZ and Alan Chenoweth, CEnvP Board Chair, provides an update on certification. You'll also find details on recent submissions to government and hear about our new SIS committee members.
If you are interested in providing feedback or sharing your study or project for the next edition of the Environmental Practitioner, I'd love to hear from you. The closing date for the May newsletter is 20 April 2016, so please send your submissions to communications-editor@eianz.org by then.
For the next issue, I am keen to receive member snapshots and photos. I’m sure there is a lot of photographic talent out there, and many environmental practitioners have the luck to visit and document some unusual places in Australia and New Zealand in the course of their practice.
