Advancing sustainability in business activities, projects and organisations requires more than technical skills. Practitioners need to help project leaders identify then own sustainability priorities and organise solutions with their stakeholders.

This presentation will introduce practical tools to assist you with exploring issues and guiding others in managing them. Our presenter will also outline how to customise communication of priorities to leverage support for sustainability endeavours.

Our presenter, Julia Callaghan has fifteen years’ experience of working with organisations on environmental sustainability issues, particularly corporate responsibilities and regional prosperity. She has brokered many partnerships to further sustainability processes in and amongst public, private, industry, non-for-profit, research and education organisations. Currently, Julia teaches business subjects at Queensland University of Technology while researching business processes. She is also starting a consulting and facilitation service called Preternatural.

Cancellation Policy

Full refunds will be given for any cancellations made one week prior to the forum. Cancellations made less than one week but more than 24 hours prior to the forum will attract a 50% penalty. Cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to forum will attract the full 100% attendance fee. Delegates unable to attend are welcome to send an alternative delegate.
