Have you benefited from the guidance of a senior environmental professional during your career? Now is your chance to return the favour and share your experience and knowledge! Or would you like the chance to benefit from the experience and knowledge of a well-established professional in your career journey? Get a jump start with their guidance!
We are helping EIANZ student members and young professionals link with experienced practitioners (EIANZ members and CEnvP’s) through our mentoring program run by an external facilitator to help participants get the most out of their relationship.
Following on from a successful NSW EIANZ mentoring program in 2012, 2013 and 2014, we will be carrying out a similar mentoring breakfast again this year. We have once again recruited the help of Kate Harris, CEO of the Centre for Sustainability Leadership to run a 2-hour session to help new mentor and mentee pairs. This lively and interactive session will include the following topics:
Prior to the breakfast, the EIANZ will match new mentor and mentee pairs who have similar professional backgrounds and areas of interest.
All you have to do is come along to the event, meet your mentor or mentee and the rest is up to you!
Please RSVP by 5 August and nominate if you are registering as a mentor or mentee. Following registration, we will contact you to get information on your professional background/current role to assist with pairing you. We will do our best to find appropriate mentors/mentees. If this is not possible, we will let you know ASAP and sign you up for the next mentoring round.
