Staff from the Office of the Parliamentary Commissioner for the Environment (PCE) will provide an overview of:
Kelsey Serjeant, Senior Advisor
Kelsey holds an LLB and a BSc in Biology from the University of Auckland and has a background in environmental law. Recent work Kelsey has been involved in at PCE includes reports and submissions on water quality, marine protected areas and sea level rise.
Sally Garden, Senior Advisor
Sally holds an MScEcon in international politics, and has worked on energy and climate policy in the NGO and public sectors for more than 12 years. Recent work Sally has been involved with at PCE includes reports and submissions on the Emissions Trading Scheme, air quality and agricultural greenhouse gas emissions.
