The Australasian Network for Ecology and Transportation (ANET), and the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ), with sponsorship from Transport for NSW, is holding a one-day symposium on 21 May 2024 to investigate current and emerging technology to reduce wildlife-vehicle collisions.
The symposium will be held in Sydney for in-person participation and live-streamed for those who can’t attend and to enable international participation.
The SA Division invites you to join us for a networking event in the Adelaide CBD. We will be joined by our recently our newly appointed EIANZ Fellow, David Wiltshire as our guest speaker.
The Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand is proud to present an online workshop which will provide Impact Assessment (IA) practitioners with the thinking and writing skills to present data and reach conclusions in a clear evidence-based manner.
This workshop is targeted to practitioners who are working in government, consultancy and industry, and any other environmental professionals who prepare IA reports.
Please note this workshop will run over for 4 half days.
EIANZ invites you to the National Biodiversity Offsets Conference 3.0 in Canberra from Tuesday 23 July - Thursday 25 July 2024.
Over three days, participants will gain a greater understanding of the evolving field of biodiversity offsets and an opportunity to inform how we move from biodiversity offsets toward a nature positive future. This conference will interest policy makers, regulatory authorities, academics, environmental accountants, offset brokers, environmental practitioners, offset providers and the legal fraternity.
We acknowledge and value the rights and interests of Indigenous Peoples in the protection and management of environmental values through their involvement in decisions and processes, and the application of traditional Indigenous knowledge.
