EIANZ Victoria’s Mentoring Program aims to connect professional mentors and mentees, and provide guidance to help participants get the most out of their mentoring partnership. It is also a great opportunity for experienced environmental professionals to provide leadership and guidance to the next generation.

An expression of interest process is run annually for the program. Mentors and metees are then paired up and a Mentoring Breakfast event is held to kick off the program for the year.

The program is largely self-sustained and driven by the pairs themselves, however the Victorian Division holds a number of events throughout the year to bring the participants of the program together to reflect on their successes and to learn from each other.
