The program for the day focuses on four key areas with three presentations in each session. The sessions are:
In addition to the twelve presentations, two key note speakers will be presenting on subjects that will challenge and stimulate everybody who attends the workshop. The venue will also play host to a series of poster displays on a wide variety of subjects from cutting edge environmentally friendly precious metal processing to green training standards to species specific recovery plans.
The program has been developed so that it has content that will appeal to environmental professionals from across industry, who are regulators, consultants or from local government. Most importantly the program includes presentations that should appeal to community conservation groups, land care groups and students.
Everybody who attends, is and will be encouraged, to ask questions and share experiences to ensure the day delivers on its key objectives which are to:
Key to the day will be the opportunities to learn, share experiences and discuss with friends, colleagues and new contacts a range of subjects that form a significant part of the world in which we live, in which we work and which we are all passionate about: the environment.
Due to limited parking, we encourage participants to use the nearby train.
Participants of this workshop will be provided with a breakfast snack, lunch and light refreshments.
