EIANZ FNQ Division members are invited to the 2024 Far North Queensland Division AGM to be held on Tuesday 27 August 2024 via Zoom beginning at 1:00pm and expected to conclude by 1:30pm. The AGM will be proceed by the Lunchtime Bites seminar with guest speaker on Nathan English on "How old is that tree? Dating significant trees in cultural, historic and management contexts."

The term of office of all currently elected officers of the EIANZ FNQ Division will expire at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting. Nominations are called for any of the general Committee positions for the period 2024 to 2025.
Only current financial members are eligible to nominate for these positions. All nominations must be endorsed by two EIANZ Full Members or Fellows (electronic signatures are accepted).
Nominations can be made by completing a nomination form and forwarding it to Nathan Brooks-English acting as the Returning Officer via n.english@cqu.edu.au to arrive before on 26 August 2024.
In the event of more than one nomination being received for any one position, a ballot will be held at the Annual General Meeting.
In the event that Full members or Fellow members are unable to attend the AGM they may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf.
The proxy form should be completed and either emailed to Nathan Brooks-English at n.english@cqu.edu.au to arrive before 26 August 2024.
