Alternatively you can email documents outlining the complaint to complaints@eianz.org

Before you lodge make sure you have:

• Read this page, the Rules of Association and the Code of Ethics and Professional Conduct.
• Gathered all relevant supporting information.
• Clearly articulated the alleged breach of the Code and / or the Rules.
• Clearly articulated the timing of events related to the allegation.

Our commitment to our members

We will 

• Treat allegations of breaches of the Code and the Rules confidentially and seriously.
• Process the complaint in a timely manner
• Ensure that the matter is referred to the Disciplinary Committee, provided that the complaint is consistent with the relevant requirement of the Rules
• If  you have provided your contact details, keep you updated on the progress of the matter and the outcome.

Please provide the following

• A summary of the allegations (100 words max)
• Nature of the allegation(s) and reference the particular sub-rule(s) and /or Code statement
• Date of the allegation(s)
• Details of the allegation(s)
