Paul has worked as independent environmental practitioner since 1993 and formed IMEMS Environmental in 1996. He has over 42 years’ experience in general environmental management, cleaner production, eco-efficiency, and waste management across a range of industrial, agri-food, government infrastructure and resources sectors.
Paul is well regarded by Queensland regulators across a range of disciplines. Paul has developed key technical and legislative skills in contaminated land investigations, remediation and reporting, and is suitably qualified under Qld EPAct 1994 to undertake contaminated land works. Paul has also undertaken wider roles within the areas of water quality assessments, wastewater treatment, waste and hazardous materials assessment, waste management, air quality, auditing and general permitting/approvals across a range of industries.
Paul became an EIANZ member in 1994, a Certified Environmental Practitioner (CEnvP) in 2007, and a CEnvP Site Contamination specialist in 2016. Paul has contributed to the EIANZ’s Contaminated Land Special Interest Section (SIS) and participated in applicant interviews for the CEnvP Scheme’s Site Contamination specialist certification.
Paul’s professional expertise and his contribution to the Institute and CEnvP Scheme make him a worthy recipient of EIANZ Fellowship.
