This report presents results of the study conducted by the Environment Institute of Australia and New Zealand (EIANZ) and Griffith University and commissioned by the Department of Tourism, Regional Development and Industry in Queensland. The aim of the study was to formalize the structure of EIANZ professional development programs and activities to better cater for current and future needs of environmental practitioners, and to create a professional development program particularly for early-career environmental professionals.
