The EIANZ welcomes the release of the 2021 Australian State of the Environment Report and acknowledges the work and dedication of the key authors and those researchers who provided the much-needed information. It is only with objective and factual data on the Australian natural and cultural environment that issues can be identified, promoted and addressed.

The EIANZ is committed to working collaboratively and effectively with the Australian Government. We will continue to engage on key legislative and regulatory changes and support our members and certified practitioners to implement new approaches.
