This week Wellington Branch Co-ordinator Kirsty Austin, with the assistance of EIANZ Vice President Di Buchan and NZ Chapter Vice President Keith Calder, had the tough job of planning branch events for 2016.
2016 is shaping up to be a great year. The Wellington Branch has planned an event every two months with a mixture of speakers and field trips. Presentations are planned on:
Field trips will include a barbecue lunch at Otaki for members and families to coincide with the annual 'Kite Festival' and a day trip to one of the Porirua/Kapiti Coast island sanctuaries (Mana or Kapiti).
If you have any other ideas or know of any special speakers coming to Wellington during the year, let Kirsty know.
