NZ | EIANZ NZ Chapter 2024 AGM

All EIANZ New Zealand members are invited to attend the New Zealand Chapter AGM on Thursday 29 August 2024 from 5:30pm - 6:30pm. The meeting will be held in person at locations in Auckland, Christchurch and Wellington and online via Zoom meeting for delegates for those unable to make in-person locations. Your Zoom link will be sent in your registration confirmation email. Please check your spam or junk folder if it has yet to arrive into your inbox.

Please make sure you indicate where you will be attending the AGM in the registration form for catering purposes.

The term of office of all currently elected officers of the Institute will expire at the conclusion of the Annual General Meeting. Nominations are called for the following positions for the period 2024 to 2025.

President
Vice-President
Treasurer
Secretary
General Committee Member(s)

Only current financial members are eligible to nominate for these positions. All nominations must be endorsed by two EIANZ Full Members or Fellows.

Nominations can be made by completing a nomination form and forwarding it to NZ Chapter President, Connor Whiteley at connor.whiteley@beca.com to arrive no later than 28 August 2024 or be presented at the commencement of the meeting.

In the event of more than one nomination being received for any one position, a ballot will be held at the AGM.

If you are unable to attend the AGM Members may appoint a proxy to vote on their behalf. The proxy form should be completed and either emailed to Connor Whiteley by Wednesday 28 August or presented at the commencement of the meeting.
